In celebration of 60 Years of James Bond, the Perth Mint have released the Limited Edition James Bond 60 Years of Bond 1oz Silver and 1oz Gold Proof Rectangular Coin.
The proof rectangular coins, struck from 1oz of 99.99% pure silver and 1oz of 99.99% pure gold in proof quality, are part of a limited edition of 5,000 pieces and 300 pieces respectively, and are issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.
The coin’s reverse portrays a partial representation of the official 60 Years of Bond logo, which incorporates the iconic 007 gun logo. The obverse of the coin bears the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2022 year-date, weight and purity, and monetary denomination.
Each coin is presented in a case featuring the 007 within a 60 Years of Bond themed shipper, and includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
