The Perth Mint pays tribute to the late Roger Moore with the release of a special silver proof coin. The coin, struck from 1oz of 99.99% pure silver, is part of a numbered series of 5,000 pieces, and is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.’

The coin’s reverse depicts a black and white image of Roger Moore in a classic James Bond pose, along with the iconic 007 logo and logos of his seven official Bond films – Live and Let Die (1973), The Man With The Golden Gun (1974), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), Moonraker (1979), For Your Eyes Only (1981), Octopussy (1983) and A View To A Kill (1985). The obverse bears the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2022 year-date, weight, purity and monetary denomination. Each coin is presented in a 007 branded case within a themed shipper and accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
